Turn Around Time (TAT) & Shipping

We ship 6 days a week with the exception of holidays.

❤️ Orders received by 10 am EST will be shipped the same day.

❤️ Orders placed after 10 am EST will be shipped out the very next day.

❤️ Orders placed after 10 am EST on Saturday will be shipped out on Monday. 

Once your shipping label is created your tracking information will be updated in your account. You will receive notification either via email or text, depending on how you set it up in your account to receive the notifications. 

**Please understand that we can not be responsible for your package once it leaves our hands. Delays within USPS do occur and we are not responsible for this. If your package is delayed an unreasonably amount of time, please contact us and we are happy to help you look in to the matter.**
