Return Policy

Returns 
We do not accept returns unless your product is defective and can not be used as it should be. We thoroughly check all items prior to shipping them out to avoid our customers receiving defective items to ensure there is never a need for a return. 

In the event that you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at kexpressdestash@hotmail.com to make us aware of the situation. Please include photos of the product when you email us. Once we have that information we will review it and respond to you in a timely manner to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. 

Refunds/Cancellations
Once your order is placed refunds/cancellations will not be issued.  Orders are fulfilled almost immediately upon placement  therefore they  can not and will not be cancelled or refunded.
